
Renowned footballer Graeme Souness has shared fascinating stories about his life in football and the early years of his illustrious career.
Souness began his footballing journey at Tynecastle Colts before joining Tottenham in 1968. He later moved to Middlesbrough, where he honed his skills under the guidance of a legendary manager. During his time at Boro, Souness made 133 appearances across all competitions, scoring 16 times before moving to Liverpool in 1978.
The former broadcaster also shared a humorous anecdote from his time at Middlesbrough. His former coach once called him out for using a fancy shampoo, a story that showcases the lighter side of Souness’ career.
