Your unwavering support has been a significant and beautiful part of my life, and I often struggle to find the words to express my gratitude.”

The pop star’s recent legal troubles began on June 18 when he was taken into custody and charged with driving while intoxicated in Sag Harbor, New York, following an incident the night before.

According to the Sag Harbor police, Timberlake was stopped for disregarding a stop sign and driving erratically in his 2025 BMW. He is due to appear in court virtually on July 26. Timberlake has denied the allegations, claiming he had only consumed one drink.

However, his recent red-eyed appearance at a Las Vegas concert has sparked concern among fans, especially in light of his DWI arrest. Timberlake’s eyes appeared tired and sore, yet his expression remained alert during the performance in Vegas last month.
