Scarlett Johansson and her partner, Colin Jost, made a stylish appearance at the world premiere of Johansson’s latest film, Fly Me to the Moon.
The couple graced the red carpet at New York’s AMC Lincoln Square on July 8, with Johansson donning a white-and-pink gingham top with jewel embroidery, paired elegantly with a matching sleek skirt. Jost, on the other hand, opted for a classic dark suit, complemented by a light blue shirt with a retro wide collar.
Johansson was also joined by her costar, the dashing Channing Tatum. In the film, Tatum portrays a NASA official working on the historic Apollo 11 moon landing. His character clashes with Johansson’s, a marketing executive brought in to create a fake version of the landing as a backup plan.
Earlier in the day, Johansson appeared on Today to promote the romantic comedy, praising Tatum for his “easygoing” and “professional” demeanor on set. She also admitted that his good looks didn’t hurt the on-screen chemistry between them.
Johansson expressed amusement at Jost’s upcoming assignment to cover the Paris Olympics surfing competition in Tahiti. She jokingly questioned how he landed the gig and whether it was even a real job. Johansson also shared that Jost is an avid surfer and that they own a place in Montauk, where he often catches the waves.

Johansson playfully teased Jost about his upcoming trip to Tahiti, expressing faux sympathy while alluding to his excitement about the assignment. She also joked about the nature of his work, suggesting that drinking a piña colada on the job doesn’t count as work.
Johansson and Jost tied the knot in 2020 and welcomed their son, Cosmo, in 2021. Johansson is also a loving mother to her daughter, Rose, whom she co-parents with her ex-husband, Romain Dauriac.
Their relationship has often been playfully referenced and parodied on SNL. On a December 2023 episode of Weekend Update, Jost quipped about New York’s policy of allowing alcohol in movie theaters, jokingly saying it helped him enjoy Johansson’s “little art movies.” He quickly added, “I’m kidding, honey. I love all your movies.”
More recently, at the 2024 White House Correspondents’ Association Dinner, Jost humorously referred to Johansson multiple times, even drawing a comparison to Doug Emhoff, the husband of Vice President Kamala Harris.
