Guardians of the Galaxy star Chris Pratt has penned a heartfelt tribute to his father-in-law, Arnold Schwarzenegger, on Instagram to celebrate the legendary actor’s 77th birthday.

Pratt, 45, shared a series of photos on his main page, including one of Schwarzenegger surrounded by his granddaughters and a friendly pig in his kitchen. The actor also penned a sweet caption, writing, “Happy Birthday Arnold! You’re one of a kind.”

Katherine and Chris, who tied the knot in 2019, are already parents to daughters Lyla Maria, three, and Eloise Christina, two, and are expecting their third child together.

In another photo, Pratt and Schwarzenegger were seen engaging in a serious game of chess together, with the Terminator star puffing on a cigar.

The actor’s caption continued, “Looking forward to another year of sage advice, good cigars, chess whoopings and hand feeding homemade cookies to the many barn animals that live in your kitchen.”

Social media users were quick to respond to the post, with one fan joking, “Imagine being able to say your father-in-law is both the Terminator AND the former governor of California.”

Katherine also paid a loving tribute to her father on her own Instagram page, sharing an assortment of photos taken over the years.

Arnold’s son, Patrick, also joined in on the birthday wishes, sharing a throwback photo of himself with his father when he was a child.

In another picture, Schwarzenegger posed wearing a shirt that had images of himself embroidered on the material, prompting Patrick to humorously write, “I love you almost as much as you love yourself!”

Arnold is father to Katherine, 34, Patrick, 30, Christina, 31, and Christopher, 26, whom he shares with ex-wife Maria Shriver. He also has son Joseph Baena, 26, whom he welcomed with his former housekeeper Mildred Baena.
