Taylor Swift took a trip down memory lane during her Eras Tour concert in Edinburgh on Saturday, performing her song “Crazier” from the 2009 Disney film, Hannah Montana: The Movie.
The Grammy-winning artist, 34, who recently congratulated a couple who got engaged during her show in Scotland, delivered a surprise mashup segment that included “Crazier” and her 2023 song, “All Of The Girls You Loved Before,” from The More Lover Chapter EP.
While sitting at the piano, Swift teased the sold-out crowd at the Scottish Gas Murrayfield Stadium, saying, “You get bonus points if you know this next song because it’s really, really old.”

The singer also treated fans to another mashup, blending “The Bolter” from her latest album, The Tortured Poets Department, with “Getaway Car” from her 2017 album, Reputation.
Swift’s contribution to the Hannah Montana: The Movie soundtrack, “Crazier,” was a commercial success. The country ballad, which she co-wrote with Robert Ellis Orrall, peaked at number 17 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 Chart upon its release in March 2009.
It also reached number 11 on the U.S. Pop 100 Billboard chart and charted in other countries, including Canada and Australia. By November 2014, “Crazier” had sold an impressive 1 million copies and achieved platinum certification from the RIAA (Recording Industry Association of America).
Another song from the movie’s soundtrack, “The Climb” performed by Miley Cyrus, also achieved significant success, peaking at number four on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 and claiming the top spot on the U.S. Adult Contemporary Billboard chart. “The Climb” earned Cyrus the award for Best Song from a Movie at the 2009 MTV Movie Awards.

Swift’s three-day concert stop in Edinburgh, which kicked off on Friday, June 7, and concluded on Sunday, June 9, has been met with critical acclaim, with one critic describing the shows as “a spectacle with substance.”
The Edinburgh leg of her tour has been eventful, with Swift not only surprising fans with mashups but also pausing her show to assist a fan in distress and celebrating a couple’s engagement.
In a now-viral TikTok video, Swift can be seen excitedly congratulating the newly engaged couple, saying, “I love performing this entire show in the sunlight because I just saw somebody getting engaged over here… Man, that’s amazing. Thanks for doing that at my concert. That’s a big moment. Huge.”
