Taylor Swift had a witty response to Dave Grohl’s playful jab.
On June 23, during her third Eras Tour concert at Wembley Stadium in London, Swift, 34, made a subtle yet pointed remark, just 24 hours after Foo Fighters’ Grohl insinuated that she might not perform live.
In a video posted on social media, Swift is seen expressing her gratitude to her band, crew, and fellow performers, saying, “Every one of my band members, every single one of our crew, my band who’s going to be playing live for you for 3.5 hours tonight, they deserve this so much. And so does every one of my fellow performers.”

The previous night, Swift and the Foo Fighters played concurrent gigs in London. While Swift performed her second of eight shows at Wembley, Grohl and his band took the stage at the London Stadium in Stratford, East London.
During their concert, the 55-year-old Grohl made lighthearted comments about Swift’s Eras Tour, saying, “I know we were joking about the Taylor Swift tour earlier. I know that she’s on her Eras Tour. I’m telling you, man, you don’t want to suffer the wrath of Taylor Swift.”
He continued, “So we like to call our tour ‘The Errors Tour’ because I feel like we’ve had more than a few eras and more than a few f—king errors as well.”
Grohl then made a subtle jab at Swift, saying, “That’s because we actually play live. What? Just saying. You guys like raw, live rock ‘n’ roll music, right? You came to the right f–king place.”
Swift has proven time and again that she and her band perform live during the Eras Tour. On multiple occasions, she has stopped mid-song to ensure the safety and well-being of her fans.
During her June 21 concert at Wembley, Swift demonstrated her commitment to her fans’ safety, saying, “This is such an incredible crowd [and] we have so many different people who made plans to be with us tonight… We need some help right at the end of the ramp. I’m just gonna wait until I see that’s sorted out. You guys are the best. See how fast that was? They really care about you here at Wembley Stadium — and they should be.”
