As Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce enter their second year of dating, maintaining a strong connection despite their demanding schedules is crucial. The 14-time Grammy Award winner and the future Hall of Fame tight end have found innovative ways to prioritize each other, even when they’re apart.
Swift’s 2024 has been filled with the international legs of her ‘Eras Tour’, while Kelce is preparing for another NFL season with the Kansas City Chiefs. Despite their hectic schedules, the couple has managed to stay connected through constant communication, texting, and FaceTiming each other.
According to ET, ‘Taylor and Travis always prioritize each other even when they are physically apart. They are still in constant communication, texting and FaceTiming each other.’
Travis Kelce will be based in the United States until early next year for the NFL season
Swift has been selling out stadiums around the world this year as part of her ‘Eras Tour’
ET also revealed that Swift and Kelce are ‘very affectionate with each other even when they’re apart.’ The Chief shows his affection for the ‘Anti-Hero’ singer through lavish gifts, such as flowers and surprise tokens of gratitude.
‘Their connection is unlike anything that they’ve ever experienced before,’ ET adds.
Kelce and Swift’s romance publicly began last September when she attended a Chiefs game and sat in a luxury suite next to Travis’ mother, Donna Kelce. Swift attended 13 of Kansas City’s games last season, with the Chiefs going 10-3 in those contests.
Swift attended all four of the Chiefs playoff games last season in different cities. It was after her Tokyo leg of the ‘Eras Tour’ where Swift hastily flew back to the United States to watch the Super Bowl in person.
Kelce has repaid the favor by attending Swift’s concerts in Amsterdam, Germany, London, Singapore, and more.
Swift’s schedule gets a little lighter this week as her European dates on tour end. Kelce’s schedule will get more hectic at the same time, with the Chiefs starting the regular season on Sept. 5.
