Battle for Miovski Intensifies as Genoa and Southampton Join Chase for £6.5m-Rated Aberdeen Striker
Genoa and Southampton are gearing up to submit their bids for Aberdeen striker Bojan Miovski, after newly-promoted Spanish side Espanyol’s offer of £3million was rejected.
The North Macedonian forward has been in high demand following his impressive 26-goal haul last season, with several top European clubs vying for his signature.
Aberdeen has valued Miovski at £6.5million, and it’s clear that the Dons are holding out for a more substantial offer.
The 25-year-old made his first start of the season as Aberdeen opened their league account with a 2-1 win over St Johnstone in Perth, showcasing his skills and dedication to the club.

‘He showed he is here and wants to do well at Aberdeen. He has been fighting in training, giving it 100 per cent, and you can see he is a really good player.’
‘Right now, he is an Aberdeen player, and we focus on that in training day by day.’
The battle for Miovski’s signature is expected to intensify in the coming days, with several top clubs vying for his services.
Will Aberdeen be able to hold onto their prized asset, or will the lure of bigger clubs and higher wages prove too enticing for the North Macedonian forward?
