The star confidently displayed her postpartum figure, having revealed she gained 25 pounds since welcoming her baby girl. In a rare interview with Vogue, Suki opened up about her weight and her journey to self-acceptance.
She graced the cover of British Vogue’s August issue with her daughter, showcasing an intimate photoshoot. Suki shared that she had to adopt a ‘don’t care’ attitude to feel comfortable in her own skin, especially with the added pressure of being in the public eye.
She told Vogue, “I definitely think, ‘Oh, I’m shooting the cover of Vogue and I’m 25 pounds heavier than I normally am right now,’ but it’s also like, ‘Who cares?’ It is what it is. (And also… The curves are fun),” she joked.
Suki also shared details about her relationship with Robert, describing him as the “dad I could have hoped for.” She praised his calm demeanor and their shared love for their daughter.
Giving a rare glimpse into her birth story, Suki recalled, “He was there with me, and like all dads, he was really nervous. But for someone who’s quite an anxious person, he’s been very calm.” She added, “It’s an actual love story” when describing the bond between Robert and their child.
The mother-of-one also delved into her past relationships and the challenges she faced, including her highly publicized separation from Hollywood star Bradley Cooper. Suki revealed that she built herself back up from those scars and found “pure love” with Robert.

Suki’s relationship with Robert followed a string of high-profile breakups, including her two-year association with Bradley Cooper. Their separation in 2015 coincided with Cooper’s new relationship with Russian supermodel Irina Shayk.
Suki shared how she overcame her past relationship scars, telling Vogue, “I wouldn’t take anything back. All these chaotic ways that my life went, it was always material. Even when things felt really tough, it’s led me to a love that is really pure and a life now…
I wake up in the morning feeling really great. I’ll probably go down again at some point, that’s just how it works. But you wear your scars and if you can take them and build them into something and share them, then that’s the ultimate.”
Reflecting on her highly publicized separation, Suki described herself as “pretty strong” for enduring a challenging and isolating experience. She added, “It probably has taken a decade to work myself out and actually be able to have this expansion in my life.”
When it comes to her famous exes, Suki shared that Robert doesn’t tend to get jealous, taking a lighthearted approach instead. She joked, “He couldn’t really care less. He’s like, ‘No one’s better than me, so whatever.'”

Suki revealed that her first encounter with Robert was “very, very intense.” They met at a Hollywood games night and bonded over their shared “slight uncomfortable-ness” in a room full of “big characters” and “real heavy hitters.”
She added, “It was very, very intense. There were lots of big characters, real heavy hitters. I think we both sort of have the same slight uncomfortable-ness and quickly started giggling at the absurdity of the whole thing.”
