Christina Hall is finally finding her footing again, one month after her divorce from Josh Hall. The HGTV star took to Instagram to share her journey, revealing that she’s regained her appetite and started exercising again. Her kids, Taylor, Brayden, and Hudson, are happy and thriving, making their home feel like a warm and welcoming space once more.
“My kids are happy, and our house feels like home,” Christina wrote. “Those who know us for real know this, and that’s what matters.” The mother of three shares her children with ex-husbands Tarek El Moussa and Ant Anstead, and later married Josh in 2022 before their recent split.
Christina has been finding solace in her friends, “dream” work projects, and her kids, as well as working with a life coach to navigate this challenging time. She’s made a promise to herself to prioritize her peace and well-being, vowing never to give it away again.
“I will say, if you’ve ever lost peace and gained it back, there is a new level of gratitude for every single moment of life,” Christina reflected. “A huge level of appreciation for the present moments and being present. If that’s the lesson, I’ll take it. When you have a positive mindset, the rest will work itself out like it always does.”
Later that day, Christina shared a glimpse into her peaceful Friday evening, posting a selfie of herself lying in bed with her sons Brayden and Hudson.
“Perfect Friday night,” she captioned the sweet moment.
Christina and Josh filed for divorce last month, citing July 7 and July 8 as their respective dates of separation. While neither party has publicly disclosed the reasons behind their breakup, a source close to the couple revealed that they had been experiencing issues “for a while.”
Christina’s commitment to her well-being is a beacon of hope for those navigating similar challenges. By prioritizing her peace and happiness, she’s setting a powerful example for her children and fans alike.
A source close to the couple revealed that Christina was “done” when she filed the papers, adding that “it’s hard, but she’s doing great.” Josh, on the other hand, has been vocal about keeping the divorce proceedings private, stating that he prefers not to “entertain people [he doesn’t] know with [his] private matters.”
