Skai Jackson, the former Disney Channel star, will not face charges following her arrest for domestic battery. Prosecutors have decided not to pursue the case due to insufficient evidence.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office revealed that they are declining to file charges against Jackson, citing her clean criminal record, the lack of injuries to the alleged victim, and his refusal to cooperate with the investigation.

As previously reported, Jackson was arrested after a physical altercation with her boyfriend at Universal CityWalk. Witnesses claimed to have seen her pushing her partner, which was also captured on video.

Despite the evidence, both Jackson and her boyfriend denied any physical violence had occurred, stating they were happily engaged and expecting a child. However, Jackson was still taken into custody for misdemeanor domestic battery and later released after a few hours.

It seems the couple has dodged a legal bullet, but only time will tell if their relationship can recover from this incident.
