Travis Barker’s former partner, Shanna Moakler, is no longer interested in discussing the Kardashian family. In a recent interview with People, the 49-year-old expressed her disdain for the famous family, stating, “I don’t have to like the [redacted] Kardashians, and I’m tired of talking about them.” Moakler, who has had a well-publicized relationship with Barker, is focused on her own achievements and personal growth.

Moakler and Barker’s relationship began in 2004 and produced two children, Landon and Alabama, born in 2003 and 2005, respectively. However, the couple separated in 2006, briefly reconciled, and ultimately finalized their divorce in 2008. Moakler, who also has a daughter, Atiana, with Oscar De La Hoya, emphasized her independence and success beyond her associations with famous men. “I was Miss USA at 19,” she asserted. “I’m smart, and I’ve worked hard for every opportunity I’ve ever gotten.”

Following the conclusion of Moakler and Barker’s relationship, Barker entered a relationship with Kourtney Kardashian. The couple married in 2022 and welcomed a son, Rocky Thirteen, who is now seven months old. Kourtney, 45, also has three children from her previous relationship with Scott Disick.

Moakler has also taken to social media to express her feelings about the new couple. In April 2023, she “liked” a comment on Instagram that criticized Barker and Kourtney’s wedding, where their children made speeches praising their stepmother. Additionally, she replied to a comment about Kourtney referring to herself as “a mom of 6,” stating, “She posts more of my kids than her own.”

In the past, Moakler has made allegations about discovering text messages between Barker and Kourtney’s sister, Kim Kardashian, indicating a potential romantic encounter. However, Barker denied any such encounter in his 2015 memoir, Can I Say: Living Large, Cheating Death and Drums, Drums, Drums. Despite their differences, Moakler is ready to move on and focus on her own life and achievements.
