Celebrity hairstylist Chris Appleton and actor Lukas Gage have finalized their divorce, bringing an end to their whirlwind six-month marriage. The pair initially tied the knot in a surprise Las Vegas ceremony in April 2023, just two months after they began dating. However, by November of that same year, they had called it quits, with Appleton citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split.
According to legal documents obtained by People, the former couple has agreed to waive spousal support and has a postnuptial agreement in place. The settlement comes after Appleton, who is known for styling the likes of Kim Kardashian, filed for divorce late last year.

Their Las Vegas nuptials were certainly memorable, with only six guests in attendance and Kardashian herself officiating the ceremony. The reality star even arranged for music icon Shania Twain to serenade the happy couple, as seen on her Hulu series, “The Kardashians.”
Reflecting on the brief marriage during an appearance on “Watch What Happens Live” in March, Gage described his decision to wed so hastily as a “manic” and “absolutely unhinged” moment. He also denied allegations of cheating, suggesting that there were other factors at play in the breakdown of their relationship.

Appleton and Gage made their romance public in February 2023, sharing vacation snaps from The St. Regis Punta Mita Resort in Mexico. However, their fairytale romance was short-lived, with Gage later describing his state of mind during the relationship as a “six-month manic episode.”

While the reasons behind their split remain largely unknown, with Gage alluding to a possible non-disclosure agreement, the actor did admit that he tends to be impulsive and that his decision to marry so quickly was “probably one of the most unhinged things” he had ever done.
