According to reports, Sam Asghari has been advised to refrain from publicly discussing his previous relationship with Britney Spears.

Sources revealed to TMZ that Asghari has effectively received a “gag order” regarding his association with the pop superstar, just a month after their divorce was finalized by a Los Angeles County judge, bringing their nearly two-year marriage to a close.

According to the source, this directive applies to “anything negative or even positive” about the singer, implying that Asghari is prohibited from discussing their relationship or breakup in any context.

This development suggests that fans should not anticipate hearing Asghari discuss his relationship with Spears during his appearance on Peacock’s murder mystery competition series, The Traitors, where he will compete against the likes of Tom Sandoval and Chrishell Stause for a chance to win up to $250,000.

Despite the separation, the 40-year-old Asghari, whom Spears first met in 2016 while filming her music video for “Slumber Party,” has consistently expressed his support for his ex-wife.

In March, Asghari shared that he cherished the memories he made with the “Lucky” hitmaker, acknowledging that people sometimes “grow apart and move on.”

He further emphasized his refusal to speak ill of Spears, stating that he had “nothing but an amazing experience and a great life” during their time together.
