The 42-year-old prince, clad in a casual ensemble of a blue sweater, black pants, and sunglasses, was captured in a video posted to TikTok by user a.n.g.e.l.a_xue_. The video, aptly captioned “Happy 4th of July from Prince William on a scooter,” showcases William’s laid-back approach to transportation.

William’s electric scooter serves a practical purpose, as it helps him navigate the distance between his residence at Adelaide Cottage, where he resides with his wife, Princess Kate Middleton, and their three children, to Windsor Castle, where he visits his father, King Charles III.

“It always fills me with horror when he goes out on it. I’m terrified,” Kate confessed in 2015, adding that she hoped to keep their son, George, off motorbikes as well.
