Rihanna and her partner A$AP Rocky were spotted out and about in New York City on Saturday, keeping it casual as they strolled out of an Aloft Hotel.
The 36-year-old entrepreneur and beauty mogul sported a laid-back look, pairing a NY Yankees cap with a blonde wig, a jersey honoring the six-time Grammy-winning rap duo Outkast, purple denim cargo pants, and pink reptilian heels.
Meanwhile, the 35-year-old New York rapper opted for a relaxed ensemble as well, donning a red baseball cap, a dark T-shirt, black denim high waters, and sneakers.
Just days before, on Wednesday, A$AP (born Rakim Athelaston Mayers) offered fans a sneak peek of a new track from his highly anticipated fourth studio album, Don’t Be Dumb, which is set for release on August 30. The song features a special appearance by their two-year-old son, RZA Athelston Mayers.
The teaser was part of a promo for Rocky’s debut collection, American Sabotage, which was unveiled during his AWGE SS/25 presentation at Paris Fashion Week back in June.

Rihanna (born Robyn Fenty) and A$AP Rocky have previously discussed their plans to sample the voices of their children, RZA and 11-month-old Riot Rose Mayers, on their respective albums. The couple has been working together to determine how best to utilize the adorable vocals.
The nine-time Grammy Award winner, whose last single “Lift Me Up” was released in 2022, expressed her excitement about her upcoming music in an interview with ET in April. “I already got stuff that I feel like I could make hits out of,” she shared.
The celebrity couple has been going strong since they first confirmed their relationship in 2020, after Rihanna enlisted A$AP Rocky to rap on her song “Cockiness (Love It)” back in 2011. They recently got matching 1988 tattoos to commemorate their birth year.
Currently, A$AP Rocky is free on bond as he awaits his criminal assault trial, which is scheduled to begin on October 21. The rapper, who hired attorney Joe Tacopina, pleaded not guilty to two counts of assault with a semi-automatic firearm in relation to a 2021 shooting incident involving his longtime friend A$AP Relli (born Terell Ephron).
While prosecutors have obtained video evidence of Rocky allegedly holding a gun, there is no footage of Ephron being shot through the hand.
On a separate note, Rihanna is also making waves in the entertainment industry. She is set to produce and voice Smurfette in Paramount Animation’s The Smurfs Movie, which will be released in UK and US theaters on February 14, 2025. In addition, she will be writing and recording original songs for the film’s soundtrack.
