Aaron Wan-Bissaka’s Five-Year Tenure at Old Trafford Nears Its End
- The full-back is set to undergo a medical at West Ham ahead of a £15million transfer
- Manchester United have agreed to an exit settlement with Wan-Bissaka, paving the way for two new arrivals at Old Trafford
Manchester United have reached an agreement with Aaron Wan-Bissaka over an exit settlement, clearing the way for his £15million switch to West Ham. The right-back was initially scheduled to undergo a medical on Sunday, but the process was delayed until Monday as United worked to finalize the deal.
Meanwhile, United have agreed to sign Matthijs de Ligt and Noussair Mazraoui from Bayern Munich, with both players set to travel to Manchester on Monday. Mazraoui’s move was contingent on Wan-Bissaka’s sale, and United have also been offered free agent Mario Hermoso following his departure from Atletico Madrid.
The club will hold another recruitment meeting to discuss their next targets and who could yet leave, with interest building in Victor Lindelof. United remain confident of agreeing a new contract with captain Bruno Fernandes this month.
