Manchester United Open to Loaning Out Antony This Summer
Manchester United is willing to listen to loan offers for winger Antony this summer, according to reports. The 24-year-old Brazilian has struggled to make a significant impact since joining the Red Devils from Ajax for £85.5million in August 2022.
Antony has made 82 appearances for United, scoring just 11 goals and providing five assists. He was an unused substitute in United’s FA Cup final win against Manchester City last season and didn’t feature in the last two Premier League games of the campaign.

United will sanction the move if a club is willing to agree to one key term: covering Antony’s salary. Reports suggest that Antony is on £70,000-a-week at United, although other sources claim he earns £200,000-a-week.
Antony isn’t a key part of Erik ten Hag’s plans and his future could lie away from Old Trafford
Antony has scored two goals in 15 appearances for Brazil but hasn’t featured for his country since March 2023. His future at United looks uncertain, and a loan move could be the best option for all parties involved.

This summer has already seen some significant departures from United, with Donny van de Beek signing for Girona, Mason Greenwood joining Marseille, and Willy Kambwala heading to Villarreal. In terms of incomings, United have secured the signings of forward Joshua Zirkzee from Bologna for £36.5million and defender Leny Yoro from Lille for £52million.
Only time will tell if Antony will be the next to leave Old Trafford, but one thing is certain – his future at United is far from secure.
