Reality TV star Jax Taylor was spotted for the first time since reports emerged that he was served divorce papers by his estranged wife, Brittany Cartwright, while filming season two of The Valley.
On the same day the divorce documents were filed, Taylor visited his former marital home to collect his belongings, marking a somber end to their five-year marriage.
During the outing, Taylor loaded his car with various items, including packages and cardboard boxes, dressed in a black polo shirt, khaki pants, and white sneakers. Notably, he was not wearing his wedding ring.

According to sources, Taylor received his divorce papers on camera while filming The Valley, with a third party delivering the documents.
Insiders claim that Cartwright decided to file for divorce after determining that Taylor had done too many things for a reconciliation to occur.
The couple, who share a three-year-old son, Cruz, have been focusing on their child amid their split.
A source revealed that Cartwright felt filing for divorce was a “long time coming” and that she couldn’t look past the recent months with Taylor.

The filing came after months of turmoil in their relationship, which was documented on the spin-off show The Valley.
Cartwright cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the divorce and requested primary legal and physical custody of their son, with Taylor allowed visitation rights.
The couple’s marriage had been plagued by Taylor’s infidelity, disrespect, and humiliation, according to Cartwright.
“I have been through a lot of pain in this relationship,” Cartwright said in a confessional. “I just can’t deal with it anymore.”
