Christina Hall is accusing her estranged husband, Joshua Hall, of secretly diverting thousands of dollars from their joint account after discovering her plans to file for divorce. According to court documents, Christina alleges that Joshua redirected over $35,000 of her “separate property money” into his own account without her authorization.
The alleged incident occurred on July 8, when Joshua learned of Christina’s intention to file for divorce. Christina claims that Joshua asked their property manager to deposit the funds into his personal account, which the manager did, believing that Christina had authorized the change.
Christina is now requesting that the money be returned to her, stating that she needs it to pay for loans, property taxes, insurance, and maintenance for their rental properties. She is also seeking a full forensic accounting of their finances throughout their marriage.
Christina and Joshua’s relationship has been marred by controversy since they announced their split in July 2024. Christina claims that Joshua has been trying to keep her and their children “under surveillance” using cameras in their home.
She alleges that Joshua returned to their Newport Beach house on multiple occasions, claiming he needed to pick up his belongings, but actually reactivated the cameras to keep an eye on her and their children. Christina is seeking exclusive use and possession of the home, as well as two properties in Tennessee.
In addition, Christina is requesting that Joshua not be granted spousal support, arguing that he has sufficient assets of his own to pay his attorney’s fees and costs. Joshua, on the other hand, is seeking spousal support from Christina.
The drama between Christina and Joshua continues to unfold, with both parties filing for divorce on July 15. Christina has denied allegations that she blindsided Joshua with the divorce, claiming that she had already communicated her intentions to him.
Meanwhile, production on The Flip Off, a show that Christina was set to appear on alongside Joshua, her ex-husband Tarek El Moussa, and Tarek’s wife Heather Rae El Moussa, is moving forward without Joshua.
