Kristin Cavallari is offering her Franklin, Tennessee, residence for a cool $11 million.
According to recent reports, Cavallari, 37, acquired the four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom modern farmhouse for a mere $3 million in 2020. This indicates that she could turn a substantial profit from the sale.
Conveniently situated just outside Nashville, the former Laguna Beach star’s stylish three-story residence spans 28 private acres and encompasses over 6,700 square feet of living space. It boasts a spacious, newly renovated kitchen, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and a walk-in pantry, ideal for hosting gatherings. The living room, adorned with custom built-ins and a wood-burning fireplace, creates a cozy and inviting ambiance.
The primary bedroom, conveniently located on the main floor, features a recently added luxury closet that basks in natural light. It also includes a spa-inspired bathroom with a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. Ascending to the upper level, you’ll discover three ensuite bedrooms and a recreational room replete with custom bunk beds and a game area.
Furthermore, the basement has been transformed into a “wellness retreat,” encompassing a full gym and a sauna. Nature enthusiasts will delight in the outdoor space, which includes a pool, a fire pit, a screened-in patio, a garden, and even a chicken coop. Adding to the appeal, the property also features a substantial 3,070 sq. ft. guest home and a barn. Tim Thompson, of Premier Realtors, is the listing agent for this exceptional property.
In a conversation with My Domaine, Cavallari shared insights into the renovation process of the residence, which she purchased almost four years ago following her separation from ex-husband Jay Cutler. She expressed her gratitude for finally having a home that aligns perfectly with her aesthetic vision.
“I am truly grateful because this is the first house I’ve lived in that is exactly to my taste,” she told the publication in 2022. “I can honestly say that I love my house.”
Cavallari further elaborated on her immediate connection to the house, saying, “I just knew it was mine. It was the energy more than anything else. It was like it was meant for me. Had I waited any longer, I wouldn’t have gotten it due to the influx of people moving to the area. So, I consider myself incredibly fortunate that everything fell into place so perfectly.”
The MTV personality also discussed the benefits of country living for her family, which includes her three children with Cutler, 41: sons Camden, 11, and Jaxon, 10, and daughter Saylor, 8. “I feel incredibly blessed,” she said. “My kids spend their days outdoors, enjoying nature in an old-school way of growing up. Having bees, honey, and a chicken coop brings me so much joy. Plus, teaching your children life skills like that is invaluable. I find it so special that my kids can go to our coop and collect fresh eggs. It’s a unique and wonderful way to grow up, very different from my own childhood.”
