The new post comes on the heels of Ice Spice shutting down speculation that she’s using Ozempic for weight loss after fans took notice of her slimmer physique.

During a recent live chat on X Spaces, Ice Spice expressed her frustration with the rumors. “I wish you guys had never learned the term Ozempic,” she said. “What even is Ozempic, anyway? Like, genuinely, what is that?”

“You know what it’s called? The gym. Eating healthy. Being on tour. Like, what’s the big deal? Maybe if I was lounging around all day, it’d be easier to maintain a certain figure.”
