A Look into Her Life Before the Infamous Crime Saga

Jasveen Sangha, the alleged dealer arrested in connection to Matthew Perry‘s tragic death, had an intriguing fascination with the world of organized crime.

Prior to her arrest for allegedly providing the ketamine that led to the actor’s demise last October, Jasveen was a self-proclaimed Mafia enthusiast who created her own website dedicated to the history of organized crime.

In her online bio, Jasveen reveals her passion for Mafia history, stating that her interest began after watching films like “Goodfellas” and “The Godfather” at a young age.

She continues, “Later on in high school, I decided to do a research project on the mafia, and I became captivated by the history and the many stories attached to each of America’s notorious crime families and famous gangsters.”

Law enforcement officials are now investigating whether Jasveen’s fascination with organized crime played a role in her alleged involvement in Matthew Perry’s death.

On her website, Jasveen breaks down her content into five sections: “Mafia Mug Shots,” “Famous Mafia Faces,” “Cities of Mafia Families,” “Mafia History,” and “Favorite Mafia Movies.”

The website also links back to an old UC Irvine email address, and Jasveen proudly mentions being an alumna of the university in her Instagram bio.

Jasveen, now known as “The Ketamine Queen,” has become a notorious figure in her own right, charged alongside Dr. Salvador Plasencia with conspiracy to distribute ketamine following a multi-agency investigation into Perry’s death.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office has also charged Jasveen with several additional counts, including maintaining a drug-involved premises, possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, possession with intent to distribute ketamine, and five counts of distribution of ketamine.

If found guilty on all charges, Jasveen faces a possible life sentence.

Erik Fleming, Dr. Mark Chavez, and Matthew’s former assistant Kenneth Iwamasa were also arrested and charged in the actor’s death, but they have all pleaded guilty to their respective charges.

Jasveen may soon learn that crime, whether in the Mafia or in the real world, ultimately leads to devastating consequences.
