After a whirlwind summer of romance, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce has finally returned to the NFL grind, reporting to the team’s 2024 training camp on Sunday.
Kelce’s offseason was filled with love, laughter, and music as he accompanied his pop star girlfriend Taylor Swift on her Eras Tour across Europe, attending sold-out concerts in Paris, London, Dublin, Amsterdam, and Germany.
The three-time Super Bowl champion made headlines when he appeared on stage at Wembley Stadium, sweeping Swift off her feet and carrying her across the stage in front of a 90,000-strong crowd.
Kelce was spotted arriving at the Chiefs’ preseason training facilities in St Joseph, Missouri, sporting his signature ‘El Travador’ mustache, a familiar sight for fans.

Sunday marked the Chiefs’ first full day of training camp, with quarterbacks, including Patrick Mahomes, and rookies, such as Xavier Worthy and rugby-star-turned-NFL-hopeful Louis Rees-Zammit, already in action at Missouri Western State University.
Kelce was the last to report, savoring every moment of quality time with Swift before diving back into football mode.
This summer, Kelce jetted around Europe with Swift, attending 13 of her concerts, a testament to their blossoming romance.

Kelce’s coach, Andy Reid, expressed confidence in the tight end’s ability to handle the extra attention surrounding his high-profile romance, saying, “I think it’s great for him. He can handle it.”
Reid praised Kelce’s outgoing personality, saying, “He comes into a room, he’s going to light the room up. Everybody’s his best friend. Until you prove him wrong, everybody’s a friend.”
Kelce received a sweet surprise upon his return to Chiefs HQ, finding a touching note waiting for him in his locker.
Actors Tyler Hynes and Hunter King, starring in the upcoming Hallmark movie Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story, revealed that they had slipped the note into Kelce’s locker at the request of his mom, Donna.
The note included the lyrics to Garth Brooks’ “Friends in Low Places,” a nod to Kelce’s rendition of the song at the Super Bowl parade.
