Tom Brady is expanding his horizons beyond the football field and into the world of film, and he’s chosen one of Los Angeles’ most prestigious neighborhoods as his base. The future Hall of Famer is currently constructing a lavish estate in Brentwood, located near Hollywood, and DailyMail.com has obtained exclusive photos of the impressive 14,000-square-foot residence.
While much of the property is still a work in progress, including the rear garden and outdoor pool, the home is designed to take advantage of Southern California’s sunny climate with an array of solar panels and a stunning glass atrium.
The 46-year-old divorced father of three embarked on this project in 2020, coinciding with the launch of his studio, 199 Productions – a nod to his selection in the 2000 NFL Draft. Since its inception, the company has produced three documentaries, all centered around Brady’s illustrious career with the New England Patriots.
Brady is no stranger to Brentwood, having previously owned a mansion in the area with his ex-wife, Gisele Bündchen. The couple reportedly paid $11.75 million for the land in 2008 and later sold the property to rapper Dr. Dre for a substantial sum.

Brentwood gained both fame and infamy in 1994 when legendary Buffalo Bills running back OJ Simpson was accused of murdering his ex-wife, Nicole Brown, and her friend, Ronald Goldman. While Simpson’s nearby mansion has since been demolished, the neighborhood remains a notable part of Los Angeles.
The Brentwood mansion is just one of Brady’s construction projects. As he prepares for his new role as an in-game commentator for Fox Sports’ NFL coverage, he is also putting the finishing touches on a mansion in Miami’s exclusive ‘Billionaire Bunker’ on Indian Creek Island.
Aerial photos published by DailyMail.com in April revealed an impressive garden at the $17 million mansion, featuring a variety of vegetables and flowers growing in eight congruent rectangular plots. Indian Creek Island is home to some of the wealthiest individuals in the country, including Jeff Bezos, Julio Iglesias, and Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner.
It is unclear if Brady personally tends to his garden or if he employs area gardeners to maintain the lush greenery. However, the Michigan alum is known for his commitment to a healthy, plant-based diet, which he promotes through his brand, TB12.

Brady describes his diet as ‘commonsensical,’ and while he does eat meat, it’s in moderation. ‘If anything, I subscribe to balance,’ he told his TB12 website.
The Brentwood home is a joint project between Brady and his ex-wife, Gisele Bündchen, who purchased the property together four years ago. The mansion is nearing completion, as seen in exclusive photos published by DailyMail.com last year.
Various amenities have been added to the massive home, including a private boat dock and a pickleball court with basketball hoops. Brady took on the renovations after his split with Bündchen in October 2022, while she moved on to purchase her own property nearby.
Bündchen initially bought a three-bedroom waterfront home in Surfside for $1.3 million and had it remodeled. She later splashed out $11.5 million on a five-bedroom, 6,600-square-foot property just a few doors down from her smaller home and opposite her former husband’s mansion.
After an incredible playing career in the NFL, Brady retired in February 2023. However, he will soon be back in the spotlight as an NFL analyst for Fox Sports, having signed a reported 10-year, $375 million contract with the network.

Even at 46, Brady maintains an impressive level of physical fitness. In March, he ran a faster 40-yard dash time than when he was 22, clocking in at 5.12 seconds. He shared a video on social media, explaining that he ran a 5.28-second dash at the NFL Combine before being drafted in the sixth round.
