Kim Kardashian has unveiled the stunning results of her $70 million Malibu mansion renovation, previously owned by Cindy Crawford.
The reality star, 43, has given the luxurious beachfront estate a contemporary makeover, completing the transformation nearly two years after purchasing it.
The Mediterranean-inspired mansion has been redesigned with a sleek, monochromatic aesthetic, complementing Kardashian’s $60 million Hidden Hills megamansion.
Kardashian, who recently sported quirky woven braids, began renovating the property in early 2023 and has now revealed her modern oasis.
This comes as her ex-husband, Kanye West, slashed the asking price of his own Malibu mansion, which sits in a state of disrepair.

According to Architectural Digest, the estate was previously owned by supermodel Cindy Crawford and her husband, Rande Gerber.
The couple purchased the home in 2015, and Crawford showcased it in her 2017 Vogue 73 Questions video interview. They listed the property for $60 million just a year later.
It was then bought by Yellowstone actress Barret Swatek and her husband, investor Adam Weiss, in 2018 for $45 million.
The house was put back on the market in March 2022 for a staggering $99.5 million. Kardashian closed the sale in September 2022, taking out a $48 million mortgage for the $70.4 million property.
Kardashian shared a glimpse of the incredible beachfront property on The Kardashians, revealing her dream of owning a Malibu home and expressing her joy at closing the deal.
The dual-level mansion, built in 1944, boasts four bedrooms, six bathrooms, and 7,450 square feet of living space.

The house sits on a three-acre lot, featuring a tennis court, pool, spa, and fire pit overlooking the ocean.
The backyard also boasts a cabana with an outdoor fireplace and a private stairway leading to El Sol Beach.
Kardashian began renovations in early 2023, updating the wraparound deck flooring with smooth concrete for a modern look and adding monochromatic outdoor furniture.
She also refreshed the space with a new coat of paint to match her contemporary color scheme and updated the landscaping with taller trees and more greenery.
These updates were completed in the fall, and Kardashian later decided to change the roof, which has now been finished.
Her stylish abode is located on Billionaire’s Row, placing her among A-list neighbors like Leonardo DiCaprio and Neil Diamond.

In recent months, Kardashian replaced the Mediterranean-style roof with light gray, smooth tiles for a more modern aesthetic.
Prior to Kardashian’s renovations, senior principal of Harrison Design, Jesse Harrison, discussed some of the previous upgrades made to the property.
‘Our team and clients worked to transform the entire property into a serene, Zen-like oasis embracing the natural palette and materials of southern California,’ he explained.
‘In addition to a major refresh to the pool, spa, and cabana area, the Harrison Design team also created a motor court, private parking area, interior entry courtyard, and relaxing outdoor space adjacent to the gym.’
