Amid the divorce rumors, a source revealed that their realtor has been showing the house for around two weeks but has yet to find a buyer.

According to TMZ, the couple is asking for around $65 million for the property, which would result in a loss of millions due to the significant improvements they made. The outlet also reported that Lopez is already looking for a new house, while Affleck is staying at a $100K-per-month rental in Brentwood, close to his ex-wife, Garner.

Adding to the speculation, photographs of the couple’s marital home’s lavish interior have recently surfaced on realtor websites after being removed following the property’s sale to the couple last May.

‘JLo has been confiding in Jen because she knows that she is one of the only people in the world who would understand what she is going through,’ a source told DailyMail.com. ‘She has been through it with the same man herself and although the circumstances were quite different, it is still the same man, and they both dealt with some of the same issues.’

The source added that Garner wants to help save their marriage, recognizing the positive influence Lopez can have on Affleck’s life.
