Justin Theroux stepped out in New York City on Saturday, showcasing his muscular arms as he took his beloved dog, Kuma, for a walk.
The 52-year-old actor, who recently made a rare public appearance with his girlfriend, Nicole Brydon, opted for a casual look, donning a sleeveless Britney Spears concert T-shirt, distressed skinny jeans, and multi-toned sneakers.
He completed his low-key ensemble with a black billed hat and aviator sunglasses, while his dark beard was neatly trimmed, and he carried a backpack.

The avowed dog lover attached Kuma’s leash to his waist, allowing the stylish pup, adorned in an animal print collar, to guide the way.
Theroux, a dedicated dog lover, adopted Kuma in 2018 and often fosters other dogs until they find their forever homes.
In addition to his love for dogs, Theroux is also known for his impressive physique and commitment to fitness. In an interview with Men’s Journal in July 2021, he emphasized the importance of staying physically active for his mental health.
“Fitness is extremely important, but like anyone, I almost always dread it,” the Emmy winner confessed. “That being said, when I go for even short stretches without some form of movement, I find my mood and general mental health suffers.”
He continued, “It seems antithetical, but exhausting yourself in a workout almost always pays dividends later in the day by boosting mental and physical energy.”
Theroux, a native New Yorker, shared that in his twenties, he stayed fit by walking around the city or riding his bike. He can still be spotted cycling through the streets of his hometown.
The actor is often seen riding his bike around NYC. In his interview with Men’s Journal, he mentioned that he also works with weights to build muscle.
When it comes to his workout routine, Theroux told Men’s Journal that he focuses on simple weight training with short rests between sets to get a metabolic workout while maintaining muscle.
