About two decades ago, a certain Hollywood heartthrob dated none other than Jennifer Aniston, and later, he starred alongside Angelina Jolie in a high-octane action film that spawned a TV series.
This actor also appeared in a mega-blockbuster movie with Owen Wilson, which became a huge hit.
Now, this well-known actor has undergone a significant transformation, looking almost unrecognizable in his new Apple TV+ detective series. In the promo photo, he bears a striking resemblance to Ben Affleck, thanks to his sharp suit and sleeker physique.
The trailer for the series, which also stars Michelle Monaghan and John Ortiz, debuted on Wednesday morning, leaving fans wondering about the identity of this transformed actor.

The mystery actor is none other than Vince Vaughn.
The Swingers star dated his The Breakup co-star Jennifer Aniston in 2006.
Vaughn also starred alongside Angelina Jolie in the 2005 film Mr. & Mrs. Smith, which also featured Aniston’s ex-husband Brad Pitt.
His famous movie with Owen Wilson was the blockbuster hit Wedding Crashers.
Vaughn has dramatically slimmed down for his new role as talkative cop Andrew Yancy.
The show was created by Bill Lawrence, the mastermind behind popular series like Scrubs, Cougar Town, and Ted Lasso.
The synopsis reads, “After getting bounced from the Miami PD, a former detective is demoted to restaurant inspector in the Florida Keys.”
“An unusual new case might get him back in the department if he can get past a trove of oddballs, and one bad monkey,” it adds.

He was last spotted with his wife Kyla Weber in January 2023.
The couple shares two children, Lochlyn and Vernon, and has been married since 2010.
The actor took his family to the Los Angeles Lakers game against the Houston Rockets in Crypto.com Arena.
He looked significantly fuller back then, and it’s clear that he has gone on a diet for his role in Bad Monkey.

During the 2023 premiere of the new comedy Christmas With The Campbells, which Vaughn co-wrote and produced, he confirmed his and Ben Stiller’s interest in doing a follow-up to Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story.
However, Vaughn emphasized that it would only happen if the script is funny and original.
“They’ve always talked about these things forever, and I had an idea that was fun, and the studio likes it, so we’ll see where it goes,” Vaughn told The Hollywood Reporter.
In the original film, written and directed by Rawson Marshall Thurber, the story follows a group of misfits entering a dodgeball tournament in Las Vegas to save their cherished local gym from the onslaught of a corporate health fitness chain.
The film became a hit with fans at the worldwide box office 18 years ago, grossing $188.4 million on a $20 million budget.
Vaughn, who played Average Joe’s Gym owner Pete LaFleur, shared that Stiller is interested in reprising his role as White Goodman, the owner of Globo Gym who tried to buy out Average Joe’s, but only if there’s a funny and original script.
