Father of four, Matt Damon, sat down with Andy Cohen on his SiriusXM show, Radio Andy, to discuss the joys and challenges of being a “girl dad.” With daughters Isabella, 18, Gia, 15, and Stella, 13, with wife Luciana, 48, as well as daughter Alexia, 25, from a previous relationship, Matt shared his approach to raising his girls.

When asked about his best advice for being a girl dad, Matt humbly replied, “I just try to listen and be helpful. I mean, ultimately, it’s about building self-esteem.” He emphasized the importance of being present and supportive, rather than trying to dictate their decisions.

The conversation also touched on Matt’s own relationship with his wife Luciana, whom he met in 2003 in Miami at a bar where she worked. He recalled being drawn to her across the room and eventually winning her over with his bartending skills.
