In a surprising revelation, NFL star wide receiver Davante Adams has expressed his confidence in convincing Tom Brady to come out of retirement for a second time, provided his arm is still in top shape. Adams, who is set to enter his third season with the Las Vegas Raiders, made the comments on Shannon Sharpe’s podcast, “Club Shay Shay.”
The 31-year-old Adams, who previously played with Aaron Rodgers on the Green Bay Packers for eight seasons, has been open about his desire to reunite with the New York Jets quarterback. However, he didn’t rule out the possibility of linking up with Brady, 46, for the first time in his career.
Brady, who is currently waiting for approval on his bid to become a minority shareholder of the Raiders (10 percent), has been keeping in touch with Adams due to his potential involvement on the Raiders’ ownership board in the future.
When asked if he could convince Brady to unretire and play for Las Vegas, Adams replied, “Hell, yes. I don’t care. 58. Tom knows how I feel about him.” He added, “The other part is, I think I’d be the first person that played with Tom and Aaron, so that would be pretty cool.”

Adams believes that Brady, despite his age, still has the ability to throw the ball better than many of the league’s current quarterbacks. Meanwhile, Brady is preparing for his rookie season in the booth for Fox Sports, as he starts work as an NFL analyst for the network in the fall.
In other news, Brady recently went on a “low-key night out” with his 16-year-old son, Jack, at a New York sushi hot spot. He was also accused of “disrespect” by a former NFL star, who offered to play on the Tampa Bay Bucs with Brady back in 2022.

Meanwhile, a former NFL star has accused Brady of “disrespect” after the quarterback allegedly ignored him when he offered to play on the Tampa Bay Bucs with him back in 2022. The star, now 50, recalled the incident on “The Bubba Dub Show” podcast, saying, “Tom Brady ignored me, bro. He just shows you the lack of respect there, but then when they get in front of you they want to act like they respect you.”
