Gridiron Grudge: Dallas Defender’s Shocking Scuffle with Rams Staffer Turns Ugly

Cowboys Defender Albert Huggins Sparks Controversy by Shoving Los Angeles Rams Staff Member

In a shocking display of aggression, Dallas Cowboys defensive lineman Albert Huggins pushed a Los Angeles Rams staff member to the ground during a joint practice on Wednesday.

The incident occurred during one-on-one drills, where Cowboys defenders were pitted against Rams offensive linemen. After shedding a block from Mike McAllister, Huggins regained his footing and used both hands to shove the Rams staffer.

It is unclear whether the shove was intentional, but Huggins made no attempt to apologize and instead ran back to his team to continue the drill.

The Rams offensive linemen were visibly upset with Huggins, with several expletives directed towards him after the shove.

However, no Ram retaliated with a shove or punch, and Huggins was ushered away from the one-on-one drill by a Cowboys staff member before the situation escalated further.

The video of the incident was posted to X by a reporter from The Athletic, who had captured a video two minutes prior showing the two trench units getting into a shoving match that took several seconds to separate.

The Rams and Cowboys are hosting joint practices after playing in a preseason game on Sunday, which Los Angeles won 13-12.

This was the second straight day of the Cowboys and Rams practicing together, with no other contentious moments reported between the squads.
