Mahomes recently participated in a town hall discussion on SiriusXM NFL Radio, where he jokingly revealed that Taylor has taken the reins when it comes to Travis’s hair. Mahomes confessed that despite his own efforts to convince Travis to grow out his hair, it was Taylor who ultimately made it happen.
The way Mahomes tells it, he’d been trying to persuade Travis to sport a fuller ‘do for a while, but to no avail. That was until Taylor came into the picture, and suddenly Travis was rocking a luscious head of hair.
In April, fans of Taylor Swift began to notice Travis’s thicker locks and bushier beard – with many preferring his new look over his previous shorter style. While they appreciated the beard, it was Travis’s fresh hairstyle that really stole the show.
In the past, Mahomes has offered glimpses into Taylor’s relationship with Travis, even taking credit for playing matchmaker. According to Mahomes, he initially mentioned to Travis that Taylor would be performing in Kansas City in July 2023. Although Travis attempted to meet Taylor at the concert to give her a special friendship bracelet, it didn’t quite work out. However, the two soon connected, and it appears that their relationship is going strong.
