Megan Fox is not expecting a baby, despite sporting a baby bump in Machine Gun Kelly‘s latest music video, “Lonely Road,” a source confirms.
The insider reveals that the baby bump was simply a prop for the music video, which was a collaboration with Jelly Roll. Fox, 38, starred in the video, which dropped on Friday, July 26, and sparked speculation that she was pregnant with Kelly’s child.
In the video, Fox dons a baby bump, and Kelly, 34, kisses and cradles it on camera. The clip then jumps forward eight months, showing Kelly (real name Colson Baker) getting arrested for a bank robbery, and Fox giving birth to a baby girl. She then visits Kelly in prison with their child.
Although Fox and Kelly, who have been on and off since 2020, have discussed having a baby, this was just a creative choice for the music video.

Fox is already a mother of three, sharing sons Noah, 11, Journey, 10, and Bodhi, 7, with ex-husband Brian Austin Green. Kelly, on the other hand, shares daughter Casie, 14, with ex Emma Cannon. The couple has also faced fertility struggles, including a miscarriage.
Fox opened up about the pregnancy loss in her poetry book, Pretty Boys Are Poisonous, recalling seeing an ultrasound of a baby girl at 10 weeks.

“Maybe if you hadn’t … maybe if I had,” Fox wrote in the book, which came out in 2023. “I will pay any price / Tell me please / What is the ransom / For her soul?”
Fox and Kelly called off their engagement in February 2023 after an argument at a Super Bowl party. As of earlier this month, a second source confirmed that the pair are “fully on again.”

“As of now, I don’t have a comment on the status of the relationship per se,” Fox said on the “Call Her Daddy” podcast in March. “What I can say is that [he] is what I refer to as being my twin soul, and there will always be a tether to him no matter what. I cannot say for sure what the capacity will be, but I will always be connected to him somehow. Beyond that, I’m not willing to explain.”
