Leicester City is keen on signing Chelsea’s outcast striker, David Fofana, this summer. The Ivorian forward spent last season on loan at two different clubs, and the Foxes are leading the race to secure his services.
Fofana joined Chelsea in January 2023 for £10.2m, but he has only made four appearances for the club since then. He is expected to head out on loan again, with an obligation-to-buy clause a possibility.
Despite scoring six goals last season, Fofana failed to impress during his loan spells with Burnley and Union Berlin. However, Leicester City is willing to give him another chance to prove himself.

In addition to Fofana, Leicester City has also inquired about the availability of Liverpool winger Fabio Carvalho.
Carvalho, 21, has three years remaining on his contract at Anfield but is seeking more first-team football. He spent the first half of last season on loan with RB Leipzig and the second half with Hull City.
