Brazilian wonderkid Estevao Willian left a rival manager stunned on Sunday as the 17-year-old forward, who will join Chelsea next year, produced a moment of magic in Palmeiras’ 2-0 win over Bahia.
The forward has impressed football fans worldwide, scoring 11 goals this season for Palmeiras across all competitions, including two stunning strikes in his last two Serie A matches.
Chelsea confirmed in June that the Brazilian youngster would be joining the Blues from Palmeiras in a £28 million deal when he turns 18 in April next year.
Since the announcement, Chelsea fans have been excited about their new signing, with some claiming they have signed the next big thing after seeing the 17-year-old’s highlights from this season go viral.
Estevao shocked many on social media after scoring a wonderful solo goal in Palmeiras’ 2-2 draw against Gremio last week. He continued his impressive form on Sunday against Bahia, scoring a stunning goal just before halftime.
