The 57-year-old entrepreneur, who runs a marijuana business, appeared carefree and content during her outing, donning a casual grey crewneck sweat suit. Her blonde locks framed her face, which was accentuated by minimal makeup, enhancing her natural beauty.

The entrepreneur was spotted amidst the news of her father Billy Ray’s annulment request from his wife, Firerose.

Meanwhile, new details have emerged regarding Billy Ray Cyrus’ unexpected divorce filing from his Australian wife, Firerose, after only seven months of marriage. According to TMZ, the singer, 62, cited both irreconcilable differences and ‘inappropriate marital conduct’ as reasons for their split.

Furthermore, Cyrus is seeking an annulment, claiming that the marriage was entered into fraudulently. The divorce documents, filed last month, list May 22, 2024, as their date of separation.

In court documents obtained by E!, Cyrus states that he is seeking an annulment because he ‘gave consent to marriage based on Fraud by the Wife, and had he known, he would not have entered into the matrimony.’

TMZ also reports that Billy Ray wanted Firerose, 34, out of their home by May 24. He has offered to cover her lodging expenses for 10 days, up to $500 per night, and then provide $5,000 per month for 90 days or until their divorce is finalized, whichever comes first, to help her find a new home in Tennessee.

The singer wed his Australian wife in October 2023 but filed for divorce in late May, according to TMZ. She was his third wife, following his marriages to Cindy Smith from 1986 to 1991 and to Miley Cyrus’ mother, Tish, from 1993 to 2022.

The divorce case notes that there are no minor children between them.
