Mauricio Umansky’s Reality Show “Buying Beverly Hills” Cancelled
Amidst Marriage Breakdown with Kyle Richards
Mauricio Umansky has faced a tumultuous year, with his marriage to Kyle Richards coming to an end. To make matters worse, his reality show, “Buying Beverly Hills”, has been axed.
The real estate mogul’s show, which aired on Netflix for two seasons, was cancelled due to high production costs that outweighed viewership, according to a source.
The reality series, which debuted in 2022, followed Mauricio and his staff, including his daughters Farrah and Alexia, at his family-run real estate company, The Agency.
Kyle, Mauricio’s estranged wife, appeared on the show as well, but only in the second season, as their marriage began to unravel. The drama played out on screen over several episodes, while Kyle also made it a central theme of her reality show, “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills”.
Although the couple has not formally filed for divorce, it’s clear that they are headed in that direction.
Last October, the two split after 27 years of marriage and four daughters, including Sophia and Portia, in addition to Farrah and Alexia.
Meanwhile, Kyle has formed a close bond with country singer Morgan Wade, fueling rumors that they are an item.
As for Mauricio, he has also moved on, being spotted with other women in public, and was recently filmed sharing a romantic moment with someone at the airport in Mykonos, Greece.
New chapters await for both Mauricio and Kyle.
