A U-Haul truck was spotted parked outside the marital megamansion of divorcing couple Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck in Beverly Hills on Thursday, amidst reports that she no longer feels comfortable living there.

The couple, who legally separated in April, originally purchased the double-gated, 12-bedroom, and 24-bathroom Crestview Manor property for $60.85M in May 2023. The property, perched atop a five-acre promontory, boasts a stunning zero-edge pool, 12-car garage, basketball and pickleball courts, a fully-equipped gym, a boxing ring, a sports lounge, and a bar.

An insider revealed that the couple bought the house for their blended family, but it has become too big for Jennifer, filled with too many memories.

The Bronx-born pop diva has been house hunting since May, but to no avail, while her estranged fourth husband closed escrow on his $20.5M five-bedroom, six-bathroom Brentwood mansion on July 24, which coincided with her 55th birthday.

There was also a curious red pick-up truck loaded with cardboard boxes parked outside the recently-renovated home, which spans 46K square feet under roof and 38K square feet under air conditioning.

Lopez and Affleck, who reportedly have a $20M mortgage, hired The Agency realtor Santiago Arana in May to quietly unload it off market, before it was publicly listed on MLS for an eye-popping $68M on July 11.

There are still no buyers for ‘The Crown Jewel of Wallingford’, which boasts a stunning zero-edge pool, 12-car garage, basketball and pickleball courts, a fully-equipped gym, a boxing ring, a sports lounge, and a bar.

On August 20, the two-time Grammy nominee filed for divorce from the two-time Oscar-winning filmmaker in LA County Superior Court on what would have been the second anniversary of their wedding at his $8.9M, 87-acre property on the Hampton Island Preserve in Georgia.

Jennifer and Ben reportedly did not sign a prenuptial agreement, so everything they earned during the marriage is community property.

Lopez and Affleck originally met on the LA set of Martin Brest’s box office bomb Gigli in 2001, abruptly split three days before their wedding in 2004, and began surreptitiously texting each other again in February 2021 – two months before she ended her engagement to Alex Rodriguez.

And while Jennifer and producer Matt Damon plan on attending the world premiere of Unstoppable happening September 6th at Roy Thomson Hall during the Toronto International Film Festival, Ben is skipping it, according to People.

Jennifer portrays Judy Robles, the real-life mother of disabled wrestling champ Anthony Robles, in William Goldenberg’s biopic hitting select theaters this December.

Ben also produced Bill Condon’s upcoming remake of Kiss of the Spider Woman starring Jennifer as three different characters Leni Lamaison, Marta, and Spider Woman.
