Prior to the renovation, the backyard featured a stone staircase leading towards a grassy lawn surrounded by lush greenery, all of which has now been removed.

The equipment required to transform the backyard includes a crane, which was stationed beside the exterior of the pool.

Various other tools and equipment were pictured on the construction site, although it remains unclear if Aniston is planning any additional renovations or remodeling on the property.

Before Aniston, Oprah owned the home, purchasing it in 2021 for $10.5 million and subsequently splitting it into two properties – the main home now owned by Aniston and two smaller cottages sold to her longtime friend and personal trainer Bob Greene for $2.3 million.

Aniston’s new abode, built in 1998, boasts ‘picturesque ocean and mountain views, multiple terraces, landscaped gardens, and a massive motorcourt, all set on a private lot nestled among oak trees at the end of a long gated driveway.’

The home offers a significant degree of privacy on its heavily wooded premises, with grassy lawns and ample parking to accommodate fifteen cars.

This is not the only property Aniston owns – she also has a $20.97 million mansion in Bel Air.

In order to install her pool, the lush lawn that previously existed has been completely removed to accommodate her new amenity.
