Angelina Jolie’s Son Pax
Makes Progress in Recovery
After Devastating E-Bike Accident
Pax Jolie-Pitt, the 20-year-old son of Hollywood stars Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, has been moved out of the intensive care unit (ICU) following a serious e-bike crash, according to recent reports.
Insiders revealed that Pax suffered complex trauma from the accident, which required immediate medical attention. Although he has made progress and been transferred out of the ICU, he still faces a lengthy recovery process, including extensive physical therapy.
Angelina Jolie, who has been by her son’s side throughout his hospitalization, expressed gratitude to the medical team and emergency responders for their prompt and exceptional care.
As previously reported, Pax was involved in a crash on July 29 while riding his e-bike without a helmet along an L.A. street. He collided with a car stopped at a red light, resulting in severe injuries.
Law enforcement sources disclosed that the motorist involved in the incident checked on Pax’s condition, but he required immediate medical attention due to a head injury and possible bleeding on the brain, as well as hip pain. Paramedics rushed him to the hospital for treatment.
Pax, who is the fourth of Angelina and Brad’s six children, is an avid e-bike rider and has been spotted riding around L.A. without a helmet. California helmet laws vary depending on the type of bicycle, making it unclear whether Pax was required to wear one during the incident.
In addition to his love for e-biking, Pax has also dabbled in the film industry, lending his voice to the animated film “Kung Fu Panda 3” and making a cameo appearance in his mother’s Disney movie, “Maleficent.”
