Alicia Vikander dazzled in a leg-baring ensemble at the Tribeca Film Festival premiere of her film Firebrand in Manhattan on Tuesday.
The 35-year-old Oscar winner looked stunning in a glittery floral gown with a ruffled skirt and a daring thigh-high slit, paired with silver stilettos selected by her trusted stylist Victoria Sekrier.
Alicia added a unique touch to her sequined metallic outfit with a quirky, flying saucer-shaped sci-fi purse that hung elegantly from a chain.
Her middle-parted brunette waves were styled by hairstylist Christopher Naselli, who gave them a voluminous blowout for the film festivities in the Big Apple.
Makeup artist Kelly Cornwell enhanced the Swedish beauty’s natural radiance with a subtle makeup look, featuring a hint of brown eyeshadow, liquid liner, and a soft blush.

At the BMCC Tribeca Performing Arts Center’s OKX Theater, Alicia was joined by her onscreen leading man, Jude Law, and their Brazilian director, Karim Aïnouz, who made his English-language feature debut with Firebrand.
Alicia and Jude posed together on the red carpet, with the 51-year-old Englishman looking dapper in a light green blazer and grey pleated trousers. Alicia had Jude in stitches with her whispered asides, creating a lighthearted atmosphere.
The former ballerina took on the role of Katherine Parr, the sixth wife of King Henry VIII, in the historical drama set in the 1540s. The film has received mixed reviews, and Alicia replaced Michelle Williams in the part of a woman who managed to outlive the king.
Speaking about her character on MSNBC’s Morning Joe on Monday, Alicia said, “I think this film is about a survivor. She knew the fate of the previous wives and the task ahead of her. She knew she had to get close to this man and gain his trust.”
Alicia also highlighted the impact Katherine had during her time, saying, “She was the first-ever published woman in Britain and even wrote texts that might not have been approved by her husband. This shows the kind of influence she had on him and the people who read her words.”
Jude (born David) relished playing the English monarch, describing his character as an “embittered and angry, festering toad of a man.”
Firebrand missed out on the prestigious Palm d’Or award at the Cannes Film Festival in France last month, with the honor going to Sean Baker’s Brooklyn-set sex worker dramedy Anora.
On May 17, Variety announced that Alicia will reunite with Jude for another project, the Russian-set political thriller The Wizard of the Kremlin, directed by Olivier Assayas.
