Madonna celebrated her 66th birthday in Italy with a lavish bash, surrounded by her kids, friends, and new beau Akeem Morris, 28.
The Queen of Pop lived up to her name, donning elaborate costumes in historic locations to mark the occasion in style.
In a series of Instagram snaps, Madonna wore a stunning floral dress paired with a white scarf, which she tied around her hat or draped over her shoulder.

Madonna posed with Akeem at the altar of a church, where he wore a black suit and her white scarf as a veil, while she brandished a large, handheld, ornate fan.
The Borderline singer captioned her post, “Arrivederci Roma!!! a perfect ending to a Glorious Birthday Celebration with friends and family! Ciao Italia!!!!,” accompanied by a string of festive emojis.
During her Italian getaway, Madonna stayed at the mansion of her friends, fashion designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana.
Not only did she celebrate her 66th birthday, but also her son Rocco’s 24th birthday, which fell on August 11.
All six of Madonna’s kids, including Lourdes Leon, 27, Rocco Ritchie, 24, David Banda, 18, Mercy James, 18, plus twins Stella and Estere, 11, accompanied her to Italy.
Earlier in the week, Madonna was spotted with Akeem taking in the sights of Rome, looking rather frail and exhausted.
Madonna and Akeem, a Jamaican-born soccer player, were first pictured together on her Instagram page.
Madonna, whose family hails from Italy’s Abruzzo region, celebrated her birthday with a private evening tour of the famed Italian archaeological site at Pompeii, officials said.
Her party was held at the Teatro Grande, and included an al fresco dinner with her close friends, kids, and Akeem.
