It’s the end of the road for Too Hot to Handle‘s Carly Lawrence and Bennett Sipes. The reality star couple is calling it quits after two years of marriage. Lawrence, 27, has filed for divorce from Sipes, 29, citing irreconcilable differences. The news comes just months after their two-year anniversary in December 2023.

The former flames tied the knot in May 2022 at the True Love Wedding Chapel in Los Angeles, choosing to keep the ceremony intimate with only family and close friends in attendance. At the time, they shared their excitement for their future together, expressing their love and appreciation for each other.

However, their fairy-tale romance has now come to an end. Lawrence and Sipes first met on reality TV, with Lawrence appearing on Too Hot to Handle and Sipes on Love Island. Prior to their relationship, both had been linked to other reality stars from their respective shows.

As for Sipes, he was linked to Leslie Golden after appearing on Love Island. The relationship, however, was short-lived, and Golden announced their breakup in a TikTok video in November 2021.

With the divorce filing, Lawrence and Sipes join a growing list of celebrity couples who have called it quits in 2024. Fans were particularly shocked by the split between The Bachelorette‘s Rachel Lindsay and Bryan Abasolo after four years of marriage.
