Tom Cruise, 62, attended the Wimbledon Championships 2024 in London on Sunday, joined by fellow actor Benedict Cumberbatch in the Royal Box of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club.
Cruise, known for his role in the Mission: Impossible franchise, sported his signature shades and an elegant eggplant-colored suit, white button-up, and lavender necktie.
The actor, born Thomas Mapother IV, was all smiles as he waved to his fans and even took photos with the starstruck wait staff at the adjoining restaurant.
Cruise has three children: Isabella ‘Bella’ Kidman Cruise, Connor Antony Cruise, and Suri Noelle. Isabella, 31, recently shared a rare glimpse into her life through an Instagram post featuring her artwork. Connor, 29, was adopted by Cruise during his decade-long marriage to ex-wife Nicole Kidman, which ended in 2001.

Cruise is estranged from his youngest daughter, Suri Noelle, with ex-wife Katie Holmes. Following their divorce in 2012, he paid $4.8 million in child support and agreed to cover additional expenses, including college tuition and medical costs.
At Wimbledon, Cruise charmed Cumberbatch’s wife, Sophie Hunter, who wore a vibrant sleeveless yellow dress. The former director, 46, sat between the two actors during the Gentlemen’s Singles Final match, engaging in lively conversation.
Sophie and Cumberbatch, who turns 48 this Friday, have three sons together: Christopher, 9, Hal, 7, and Finn, 5. The couple first met in 1997.
Although Cruise and Cumberbatch have never worked together, they appeared to be engrossed in conversation throughout the match.
Cumberbatch recently began filming for the satirical dramedy The Roses, while Cruise has several upcoming projects, including Mission: Impossible 8, directed by Christopher McQuarrie, an untitled Alejandro G. Iñárritu film, and the Edge of Tomorrow sequel.

In addition to Mission: Impossible 8, Cruise has several exciting projects in the works. Next January, he will star in an R-rated remake of Clint Eastwood’s 1977 thriller The Gauntlet, directed by the Oscar-winning screenwriter of the film.
The action star has a busy schedule ahead, with upcoming roles in an untitled Alejandro G. Iñárritu film, Doug Liman’s untitled SpaceX project, and the Edge of Tomorrow sequel, Live Die Repeat and Repeat.
Seated in the same row as Cruise and Cumberbatch at Wimbledon were Julia Roberts and her husband of 22 years, Daniel Moder.
However, the spotlight was on Catherine, Princess of Wales, who received a standing ovation from the crowd. This appearance was particularly notable as she has been undergoing treatment for a mystery cancer.
The VIP guests witnessed an exciting match as Spanish tennis champion Carlos Alcaraz defeated Serbian rival Novak Djokovic to claim his second consecutive Wimbledon title.
