Rushed to Hospital After Inhaling Water
Zac Efron‘s recent swimming pool mishap in Ibiza sent shockwaves when he dove into the water, hitting the bottom of the pool and inhaling a large amount of water into his lungs, according to sources.
The incident occurred early Saturday morning when Zac decided to take a dive with friends. The dive was so deep that he hit the pool’s floor, causing him to ingest water into his lungs.
After the incident, Zac showed signs of distress, and onsite security quickly came to his aid, helping him out of the water. He was momentarily dazed and was taken to a hospital as a precautionary measure.

Despite the ordeal, Zac seems to have made a swift recovery. He shared a photo of himself working out the next day, and sources say he resumed his normal schedule after returning to his villa from the hospital.
In fact, sources reveal that Zac went out to dinner in Ibiza on Sunday night and returned to the United States the following day. He’s now back home and healthy, having narrowly escaped a potentially disastrous situation.
