**Former Leicester City Manager Craig Shakespeare Passes Away at 60**

The football world is mourning the loss of Craig Shakespeare, the former Leicester City manager who tragically passed away at the age of 60 following a brave battle with cancer.

Shakespeare was a highly respected coach in English football, with a playing career that spanned 19 years and saw him represent Walsall, Sheffield Wednesday, West Brom, and Grimsby as a midfielder.

After hanging up his boots, Shakespeare transitioned into coaching, serving as an assistant coach at West Brom, Leicester City, Hull City, Watford, Aston Villa, and Norwich City. He was famously Claudio Ranieri’s assistant when Leicester City won the Premier League in 2016.

Shakespeare later succeeded Ranieri as Leicester City manager, his only managerial role to date.
