Cooper Kupp and LA Rams Stars Shine in Sheriff’s Department Recruitment Video
‘The Ultimate Team-Building Experience’
Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department (LASD) has enlisted the help of some gridiron greats to boost its recruitment efforts. This summer, Cooper Kupp, the star wide receiver, joined forces with his head coach, Sean McVay, and two other Rams players to create a recruitment video.
The video aims to encourage citizens to consider a career in law enforcement, and the NFL stars are excited to be a part of it. Kupp, McVay, Steve Avila, and Quentin Lake all appear in the clip, sharing their experiences and enthusiasm for the department.
Avila, a second-year offensive lineman, praises the LASD, calling it “the ultimate team-building experience.” The department’s representatives reached out to Kupp, who has a history of supporting law enforcement, including providing free BBQ to deputies during the holidays.
In return for their participation, the NFL stars have been invited to visit the department anytime and participate in training simulations. With the 2024-25 season approaching, their schedules will be busy, but they’re welcome to drop by in late February.
