Mainoo, donning his signature bucket hat, was presented with a custom-made shirt and participated in a kickabout with local youngsters.
During a Q&A session, Mainoo shared valuable advice with the kids, saying, “If you’re not winning, you’re learning. I’ve just come off a big one at the Euros final, and you have to work hard to make sure these opportunities come around again, and you take them next time.” He also reflected on his meteoric rise, stating, “It’s crazy. From my full debut in November to playing for England and the Euros, it’s all happened so quickly. I take it one step at a time.”
