The Vampire Diaries star wore a stylish burgundy Miu Miu polo top and pleated pinstripe skirt, paired with white trainers and black cat-eye sunglasses. Her Olympian beau matched her chic look with burgundy trousers and a crisp white shift, showcasing his tattoos.

The actress is recovering from a horrific dirt bike crash that left her hospitalized and requiring knee surgery. She has been regularly updating fans on her recovery, sharing photos of her physiotherapy sessions and her leg rehabilitation machine.

In June, Dobrev posted an Instagram Story explaining that she was going through physiotherapy following the horror crash. She wrote, “Eat. Sleep. Physical therapy. Repeat.” The last photo in the series showed her eating breakfast in bed, with the words “Eat. Sleep. Physical therapy. Repeat.”

Dobrev has been keeping fans updated on her progress, sharing photos of her leg and writing, “Life looks a lil different lately.” She added, “Trading in the ‘selfie’ for the ‘leggie’. Get ready for the leg content because that’s all I’ve got in my camera roll these days.”

The actress lost control of her dirt bike while doing a wheelie and was thrown off, according to Women’s Health. Despite her injury, Dobrev has continued to look stylish and hasn’t let her knee brace interfere with her outfits.

The Vampire Diaries star and her partner attended Louis Vuitton’s star-studded Prelude to the Olympics event in Paris on Thursday. Dobrev looked every inch the glamourous star in a leather jacket and a high-waisted black silk maxi-skirt. She also modeled a gold mesh top while appearing to be in good spirits in the City of Love.
